Депрессия у пациентов, страдающих эпилепсией (Особенности феноменологии и подходы к лечению)
Аннотация
Эпидемиологические исследования показывают наличие депрессии у пациентов с эпилеп-сией. Депрессивные симптомы, ассоциированные с эпилепсией, необходимо классифицировать, исходя из их временной связи с эпиприпадками. У двух третей больных депрессия сочетается с тревогой, что значительно ухудшает качество жизни пациентов и увеличивает риск суицида. Анализы затрат показывают, что использование ресурсов здравоохранения в несколько раз выше у пациентов с коморбидной депрессией по сравнению с лицами, страдающими только эпилепсией. Антиэпилептические препараты могут стать причиной психических побочных эффектов. Препаратами выбора для лечения депрессии у больных эпилепсией являются селективные ингибиторы обратного захвата серотонина.
